Tasty Recipes March 2016

This month we are pleased to include a guest recipe from Ella Stanley, blogger (https://beingellablogs.wordpress.com/) and photographer as well as a tasty allergen free Hot Cross Bun.  Ella recognises some of the downfalls of eating a FreeFrom diet, which often involves additives, sugar andSpinach Hummus ingredients you can’t pronounce let alone want to eat.  Ella has written a recipe for a healthy and nutritious hummus.

Hot Cross BunWith Easter almost upon us, we have a tasty Hot Cross Bun recipe from Lucy’s Friendly Foods which is dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, soya-free, sesame-free, vegetarian and vegan and could be made gluten free. Download the recipe here.
