Together we are working on our Near Miss Report which we hope to have published at the end of the year. The campaign is to encourage best practice in Allergen Management across ALL sectors of the Hospitality industry and identify potential issues before they occur

What are we doing?
To help us identify the current issues we carried out a survey for the Food Hypersensitive [FHS] customer and the hospitality industry.
We also had online sessions with members of the FHS community, Environmental Health Officers, and a lead Trading Standards officers to get insight into their experiences
