Food Safety Training
Food safety is a key requirement for any food service or hospitality business and as such we offer a wide range of food safety, and HACCP courses.
Drawing on our extensive experience of training in the food services industry, we are pleased to offer a wide range of accredited and certificated food safety courses.
We offer a range of courses listed below accredited by Highfield [HABC] and CIEH, therefore giving you the confidence that the training is of the highest standard. Both organisations have a comprehensive syllabus and are recognised qualifications within the industry.
We are also pleased to deliver Healthier Foods and Special Diets workshop. This course will be tailoured to your business. In an increasingly heath conscious society with an increasing number of government targets, not only does this course address why accurate nutritional information is important, so too is the recognition and appreciation of allergen and food intolerances.

Food Safety Training
We have a range of Highfield HABC Food Safety courses aimed at staff of all levels.
Level 1
Targeted at new staff with little or no food safety knowledge but don’t directly handle food.
Level 2 Refresher
For those directly involved in food preparation or service.
Level 3
Aimed at managers and supervisory staff responsible for controlling food safety.
Food Safety HACCP Training
This qualification is aimed at those already working or preparing to work in the food industry.
The Highfield HABC courses help food handlers and managers understand the principles and purpose of the HACCP food safety management system and be able to correctly apply it to the workplace.

CIEH Food Safety Training
These 3, accredited from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, courses are available. These are all certificated courses with a multiple choice examination and can be organised to suit the client. We will travel to the client’s venue- these are not open courses, they are tailored to suit the client.
Level 2 Refresher
Refresher of the Foundation Certificate in Food Safety is a half day course.
