The booklet is published in memory of Cameron Wahid who passed away on 30 October 2015 aged 7, Cameron suffered an anaphylactic reaction to dairy products. Our wish is that our booklet will be utilised by the food service industry and will help prevent others from suffering the loss of a loved one.
