The way in which your business communicates it’s FreeFrom message says a lot about the quality and service they provide.
Did you know the majority of people with allergies or coeliac disease will research a venue before they book or visit your centre? They will be on google and trip advisor searching for recommendations and then digging deeper into your website to see if you have a menu on display with allergen information. They will also be looking for information on how your business and staff manage allergens within your business; This could be a short paragraph or a full allergy policy. Does your business display this?
