On Thursday 16 November Caroline attended THE SOCIETY OF FOOD HYGIENE AND TECHNOLOGY annual awards as Food allergy Aware entered as Best Company with less than 10 employees and we are pleased to announce that we won! It was such a great day networking with other organisations and business within the food safety sector enjoying great food, great company and winning the raffle was the icing on the cake!
Adam Henson guest speaker was great with insights into innovation within farming and anecdotes of years passed within his family. There was again mentions on how we educate our future and past generations on food from farm to fork, and how do we get the government involved to reduce the obesity and other diseases – as an industry we need to push this up the agenda!
