Dining out Survey
We are conducting a survey to see how dining out experience’s have changed for those who have special dietary requirements, including food allergies, coeliac disease and food intolerance’s. Since the introduction of the Food Information for Consumers (FIC) Regulation 1169/2011 were introduced in December 2014 . Please click here to fill in the survey it takes about 10 minutes to complete.
How the survey will be used
The responses will be collated and used to compile a report which will be used in an article to help the food service industry understand what changes if any need to be taken to ensure they are complying with the new FIC regulations, and how satisfied those with food allergies, coeliac disease and food intolerance’s are when eating out.
