AllerJanuary is an awareness campaign dedicated to improving allergen safety and inclusive dining across the food industry, started by Julian Edwards of Allergy Accreditation
Each January, food businesses are encouraged to pause, review their allergen systems, refresh training, and strengthen communication with Food Hypersensitive (FHS) customers.
