After our post last month which highlighted a quick and easy vegan mayonnaise recipe, we were very excited to see that Sacla, the well known Italian sauce company, have just launched their own vegan mayo. Dairy, Egg and Gluten Free, this is a great product for vegan and FreeFrom customers. The best bit is, you can even make vegan chocolate cake with it!.
Sacla is already popular with the FreeFrom and vegan community with their FreeFrom pesto sauces and now this mayonnaise is a welcome addition. We believe it is available in Sainsbury’s and Co-Op as well as online store, Ocado.
