As the founder of the Free From Fairy my aim has always been to ensure that nobody misses out despite their dietary restrictions.
I create exciting, healthy ‘free from’ recipes for my own website and for ‘free from’ brands such as recipe boxes and businesses looking for new product development.
In 2016 I created and brought to market a unique wholegrain gluten free flour blend, followed by a wholegrain gluten free & vegan bread mix in 2020. Both are created in a dedicated allergen free facility.
I teach online cookery courses and support people and businesses in developing suitable menus.
With a degree in Biochemistry and Genetics and a Level 3-4 certificate in nutrition I combine my love of food and health with my passion for experimenting.
