Chocolate Mousse – Vegan and Gluten Free
Ingredients
- 50g Mortimer Cacao Powder
- 25g Mortimer Chocolate 70% Chocolate Powder
- 25g Mortimer White Couverture Powder
- 3 tablespoons icing sugar
- 250ml coconut cream
Method
- Use an electric whisk to whisk the coconut cream until it forms stiff peaks, note that this process does take a few minutes.
- Sift in the Mortimer Cacao Powder, the Mortimer 70% Chocolate Powder, the Mortimer White Couverture Powder and the icing sugar and whisk until everything is evenly combined.
- Add your mousse mixture into ramakins, we like to pipe ours to make a pattern, and enjoy!
