Level 3 Award in Food Allergen Management (RQF) Training

 

 

Location: Swan Room – Haskins Garden Centre, Mansbridge, Southampton, SO18 3HW

Date: Friday  15 July – Registrants to arrive by 9.15am, ready for a 9.30am start.  Lunch and comfort breaks will be provided on the day.

Certification: Highfield (HABC) Accreditated  – Level 3

Who should attend?

This qualification is aimed at individuals responsible for the purchase, delivery, productions and service of food in the catering industry and is also suitable for those who own/manage a small catering business. Ideally candidates should have a current certificate equivalent to Level 2 in Food Safety and a recognised certificate of training in Food Allergen Awareness.

Personal photographic ID is necessary for this qualification.

What’s Covered

 

Duration
10 Hours of which 3 are recommended as pre-course study learning hours

A Pre-course workbook will be sent to registrants 10 days prior to the training.  This will need to be completed prior to the training and registrants will need to bring the completed workbook to the training.

Assessment
This qualification is assessed by a multiple-choice question paper which is marked by the centre. The pass mark is 20/30 with a distinctions credit for a pass mark of over 25/30.

The fee includes training, workbook, examination, certificate, refreshments and lunch. – Please notify us of any special dietary requirements
