About the Hot Fridges Webinar
Join us for a unique, one-off webinar exploring the innovative Hot Fridge technology developed by Unox. This session is designed specifically for Environmental Health Officers, Trading Standards, Food Safety Professionals, and other regulators who want to understand the science and safety behind this ground breaking system.
Around 18 months ago, Caroline Benjamin, founder of Food Allergy Aware, attended a live demonstration of the Hot Fridge. Intrigued by its potential applications in food safety and allergen control, she asked whether regulators were aware of this emerging technology. After raising the topic in Local Authority forums, there was clear interest and curiosity from professionals across the field.
In response, we’re hosting this exclusive Hot Fridge webinar to:
- Explain the technology and science behind the Hot Fridge
- Clarify how the system maintains food safety standards
- Address questions or concerns from the regulatory community
- Showcase real-life use cases and benefits for the food service sector
We will hear from Mario Cammarota, Chief Research Technology Officer for UNOX, whose team is responsible for developing the technologies integrated into their products to ensure excellent and repeatable cooking results. They focus on innovation, precision, and consistency to deliver high-performance solutions that meet the expectations of both professional and home users.
Important Note
Please note: This is not a sales webinar. It is an educational session aimed at improving understanding of the technology for regulatory and food safety purposes. There will be ample time for Q&A, and for any questions not answered during the session, we will endeavour to follow up with responses after the event.
