The Niche Free-From Kitchen is our central production kitchen producing food for our brands; Niche Gluten-free At Home, Libero Special Meals, Bare Food and Noot . The kitchen whilst primarily set up for frozen food can also be used for chilled food production and is entirely gluten, sesame and nut-free.
The kitchen uses state-of-the-art HACCP software with full traceability analysis bar-coding which is client accessible. We operate a strict low-care and high-care system and work to BRCAA standard, with additional certifications for our gluten-free and plant based products.
