Food Allergen Awareness – Level 2
This course is ideal for all food handlers and front-of-house staff. It covers the basics of allergen management, including identifying allergens, communicating with customers, preventing cross-contamination, and understanding legal responsibilities. Staff will feel confident in providing safe meals for Food Hypersensitive (FHS) customers.
Food Allergen Management – Level 3
This advanced course is designed for managers, chefs, supervisors, and senior staff. It provides practical tools to manage allergens within a food business, integrate allergen controls into HACCP systems, lead on training, and build a culture where allergens are taken seriously. Attendees will also learn how to respond effectively to incidents and support their teams in allergen safety.
Level 2 Food Safety in Catering
This course provides essential knowledge for all food handlers, covering safe food preparation, storage, cooking, and hygiene practices. It ensures staff understand their responsibilities in maintaining food safety and preventing contamination.
Level 3 Food Safety in Catering
Designed for supervisors, managers, and team leaders, this course gives a deeper understanding of food safety management, HACCP principles, and how to implement and monitor effective food safety systems. It helps those in charge of teams to lead on compliance and maintain high standards.
