Eating out with food allergies, coeliac disease, or intolerances can be challenging. That’s why we created the Food Allergy Aware Certification – a graded system that recognises venues committed to safe and inclusive allergen management.
Every venue is different, so our Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels reflect real-world practices, resources, and customer needs. This graded approach:
Demonstrates allergen management and food safety standards
Provides clear, transparent information for food hypersensitive (FHS) guests
Encourages accountability and continuous improvement across hospitality
All certified venues are independently audited to assess allergen procedures, training, and management in practice. This gives you confidence that the venue is serious about keeping you safe. If the owner or manager changes we implement a review based on their continued committment.
