The universal cookery and food festival (UCFF) is going LIVE on the 14th September 2021 at Mudwalls Farm, Warwickshire!

Dubbed the Glastonbury for chefs, the universal cookery and food festival has moved around the country each year choosing quirky and foodcentric venues. It provides chefs and buyers with a unique opportunity to get out of the kitchen or office and meet with local farmers, foragers, fishermen, conservationists, nutritionists, growers, and suppliers, in addition to networking with some of the industry’s most influential foodies.
Designed specifically by chefs for chefs, the content and programme is always an eclectic mix of educational talks, inspirational demonstrations, and debates which have tackled current issues, trends and forecasts for the future.
Whether you’re looking for inspiration, to connect with old friends, discover new suppliers or generally have a day out of the kitchen, ucff is the place to be. Just some of this year’s attractions include the global kitchen, an orchard walk and the ground up foraging & sampling experience.
UCFF have got an incredible line up of chefs, debates, culinary demonstrations, foraging tours, farm tours, sampling and much more….
The farmers market is the biggest yet with a superb range of more than 70 exhibitors including local artisan producers and some of the country’s biggest suppliers of food, drink and equipment.
There’s so much to learn and it’s a brilliant team day out – really positive and motivating for everyone after such an awful past year.
For the first time ever all the UK culinary associations have united under the banner of ‘Together we are stronger’ to support this unique event.
Here’s a link to the full delegate brochure so you can see the amazing chefs involved and everything that’s going on.
And here’s a link for the ‘at-a-glance’ timetable so you can see what a packed day it is.

NB: With regard to COVID-19 – we’re playing it sensible – it’s an outside event, so plenty of fresh air and ventilation, we’ve spaced things out which means plenty of room to move around, all sampling is going to be well managed and thought out, there’ll be lots of hand wash areas and sanitizer points, and goody bags will be ready 72 hours before you arrive onsite. We’re also introducing an app which will have all the event information plus will allow you to scan supplier details in if you want.
