When we speak to individuals at training events and exhibitions we always end up having an interesting conversation about the demographics and facts and figures surrounding those who either need to, or choose to cut out one or more food groups.  We have therefore created a short little fact sheet which may help you understand customers better and why they need to to have a free from meal with you.
